During my time in the ambulance industry, I’ve developed a passion for the people we serve and for making the purchasing process feel less transactional and more like a true partnership. What brought me to ETA – and what continues to drive me – is the opportunity to build lasting customer relationships, be a resource agencies can trust, and help get dependable ambulances into the communities that need them.
