We proudly pay, at least, in the 50th percentile or higher for the position and experience a person brings to our company. Our starting rate for entry level positions is $15.00 per hour, with adjustments and performance increases evaluated at least once per year during annual reviews.
Having a good medical plan with different options for different families is of utmost importance. Frazer offers diverse medical plans with Aetna to include wellness programs. Aetna offer networks that provide both Health Savings Account (HSA) and co-pay plans. Frazer even offers an option that pays 100% of the medical premiums for the employee, with affordable coverage options for their dependents.

Whether it’s for vacation or illness, personal time off (PTO) is highly valued by our employees and a great way to combat burnout. PTO starts accruing on one’s first day of work.
What’s most important isn’t always most exciting, as evidenced by dental insurance being the third most common benefit offered by employers. Frazer offers a choice of two dental plans.
Retirement Savings Plan
A tax-advantaged 401(k) plan can be an excellent way to save for retirement. Frazer offers to match employee contributions at 50 cents for each dollar and employees save up to 2% of compensation.
Life and Supplemental Insurance
Life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment insurance (AD&D) are important to employees looking to plan ahead and have reassurance in protecting their families. Frazer pays employees’ life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment benefits up to $50,000! Employees can choose to purchase additional supplemental insurance as well.
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Plans
Short-term and long term disability plans are offered for employees to purchase to maintain income replacement while you are out of work.
Frazer observes a minimum of nine holidays each year and among those are usually: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Day, New Year’s Eve.
We work hard and play hard at Frazer. The well-being of our employees and the ability to recharge and spend the holidays with family allows our employees to have the necessary downtime during the holidays. Frazer is usually closed between Christmas and New Year’s with an expectation that employees use their PTO for days that are not paid holidays.
Flexible Work Schedules
More and more companies allow employees to choose their own schedule, within reason. This typically means a compressed workweek (e.g., four 9-hour days and one 4 hour day) or flextime, where employees can choose to work, say, 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. rather than an 8 am to 5 pm schedule. Frazer is among companies that permit scheduling flexibility to accommodate the work-life balance in order to better manage professional and personal obligations, within reason.
Remote Work Options
Due to COVID-19, working remotely has become the norm for a lot of companies, and employees reported they want this trend to continue beyond the pandemic. While working remotely is much more accepted for certain positions, Frazer allows a hybrid work schedule (three days in the office and two at home usually) for positions that are suitable for work from home.
Onsite Company Kitchen
For the days you forget your lunch or simply need a pick-me-up in the afternoon, Frazer offers a variety of vending machine products (sandwiches, snacks, and refreshments) to employees at the cost that the products were purchased – no profit earned on employees!

Frazer Uniforms & Safety Shoes
Upon starting with Frazer, our new employees receive a voucher to purchase steel toe safety shoes and one Frazer T-Shirt. At the 60-day anniversary and annually, employees are issued additional Frazer branded shirts.
Employee Referral Bonus
At Frazer, we believe that our employees can identify other potentially good candidates for work at Frazer. Our employees are eligible for $1,000 employee referral bonus if they refer someone to work at Frazer.
