Experiences like this one are why I’ll never buy anything but Frazer!

I would be remiss to fail to mention the OUTSTANDING graphics work by Yarah Attia and the rest of the graphics department on the new design for our ambulances. The one I brought up isn’t even in service yet, and it’s already making a splash!

Even though we only purchased a single unit, Frazer made us feel as if we had purchased 50. Every person we saw, met, or passed in the hall greeted us as if we were owners. Kalyn was very attentive and did a great job keeping us informed and ensuring we were a part of the entire process. Any emails or calls from anyone regarding engineering or graphic questions were very personable. As I mentioned, we bought a single unit and never felt we were pushed aside for a “more important” client. Actually. Y’all made us feel like a friend, not a client at all.

Thanks for the hospitality and effort made to get our ambulances out the door while resolving issues that were noted during the inspection, the Frazer experience has set a high bar for ambulance purchasing.

The best ambulance out there! I would recommend Frazer to anyone.
