Guiding the company through its 70th-anniversary milestone and the opening of its new global headquarters in 2026, Laura focuses on practical innovation and customer-driven solutions.

Recognized as an EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2026 Gulf South Winner, she champions Frazer’s commitment to treating customers as “Family By Choice.” Under her leadership, Frazer remains dedicated to providing reliable, purpose-built vehicles that maximize uptime, simplify maintenance, and deliver the lowest overall cost of ownership for EMS and fire professionals.

Tom Hance

President

Tom Hance is the President of Frazer, Ltd., leading strategic growth, operational discipline, and practical innovation for the company’s mobile healthcare solutions. Appointed in January 2026, Tom brings extensive experience in guiding organizations through transformative growth. Working closely with CEO Laura Griffin, he is executing a forward-looking strategic plan to further Frazer as a comprehensive platform for mobile healthcare technology.

Under his leadership, Frazer remains focused on continuous improvement—optimizing operations at their new global headquarters and ensuring the Frazer team consistently delivers the reliable, purpose-built vehicles that EMS, fire, and healthcare professionals depend on in the field.

Adam Fischer

Vice President of Strategic Accounts

Adam Fischer is Vice President of Strategic Accounts at Frazer, a healthcare company focused on revolutionizing the pre-hospital mobile healthcare space. After leaving the U.S. Army, Adam joined Frazer in 2009 and quickly found a connection to an industry built around service, mission, adaptability, and helping others.

Over 17 years with Frazer, he has worked alongside EMS leaders to strengthen customer relationships, support growth, and help turn operational needs, new ideas, and emerging technology into real-world mobile healthcare solutions. Adam is passionate about advancing the future of global mobile healthcare and is proud to serve an industry known for its compassion, capability, agility, and innovation.

Adam lives in Houston with his wife of 18 years and their three daughters, including twin daughters who are freshmen at the University of Arkansas. Go Hogs! 

Nathan Jung

Business Development Director

Nathan works with EMS agencies, hospitals, and critical care transport providers to develop mobile healthcare solutions that support frontline clinicians and improve patient care. A former paramedic and EMS leader, Nathan brings real-world operational experience and a deep understanding of the challenges facing healthcare and transport teams today.

With experience spanning prehospital care, EMS leadership, and the hospital industry, Nathan focuses on building long-term partnerships and helping organizations navigate the evolving landscape of critical care transport and specialty mobile healthcare. He studied at the University of St. Thomas and Louisiana State University (LSU), combining clinical insight with a relationship-driven approach to business development and customer support.

David McLean

National Channel Manager

David McLean brings more than 20 years of sales experience combining healthcare and technology. He finds it extremely fulfilling to support the individuals who tirelessly serve and protect our communities.

David’s main goal is to improve processes for practitioners, ultimately leading to better patient outcomes. At Frazer, we are leading the way in global mobile healthcare to expand the products and services that provide real, impactful value to our communities.

Lisa Martinez

Strategic Account Manager

Lisa brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and EMS, beginning her career as a paramedic before transitioning into healthcare leadership and business development. She is passionate about helping EMS agencies and hospitals develop innovative mobile speciality unit solutions that improve patient care and operational response.

You’ll choose from nine learning tracks and 200+ sessions, plus targeted hands-on training and preconference options to go deeper on priority topics.

Pass options include 3-day Main Conference, 1-day, Exhibit Hall only, and Preconference-only; you can add preconferences and special events during registration, and group rates are available for select passes.
