Tina York

Account Executive

Tina York has more than 30 years of EMS experience spanning ambulance services, air medical transport, and both clinical and non-clinical hospital operations. Her extensive background in the field includes serving as the EMS Relations Director at HCA Midwest Health in Kansas City and working at KCFD/MAST prior to that.

She recently joined Frazer in February 2026 as the Account Executive for the Midwest territory, covering Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Nebraska, and Minnesota. Having spent a few decades working directly within emergency medical services, she is highly dedicated to utilizing custom mobile healthcare configurations and innovations to impact lives and effectively meet the unique field needs of EMS personnel.

Herb Brady

Account Executive

Herb began his fire and EMS career in 1982 as a Firefighter/EMT in Atascocita, Texas, and became a Paramedic in 1984. During his 44-year career, he has served as a Fire Chief, CEO, EMS System Design Consultant, and is currently an Account Executive with Frazer, where he works with EMS agencies nationwide to improve ambulance design, safety, and operational effectiveness.

When he’s not working, Herb enjoys skiing, mountaineering, and spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren, and their many rescue animals.
