Elouise’s success story was the first of many with the Frazer Mobile Stroke Unit This Frazer Throwback image goes back to November 2014, when the Houston Mobile Stroke unit came by our Frazer facilities. Elouise (pictured in red above) and her family were invited and reunited with the Houston Mobile Stroke Team that helped turn her stroke story into a success story.
