Both Frazer and Adam Fischer—the company’s VP of Strategic Accounts and a former Sergeant in the US Army—are proud supporters of 300 Justice Road, a local charity organization committed to fostering strong connections between service members, first responders, and their communities through purposeful engagement, collaborative initiatives, and disaster relief efforts.

Of his time with the organization, Adam said, “Transitioning from military service can leave a void in purpose, brotherhood, and belonging. 300 Justice Road helps fill that void by creating a family where veterans, first responders, and community members can continue serving together, supporting one another, and making a meaningful impact.

We are able to use our experience, relationships, and even our skills on the barbecue pit to raise funds, support law enforcement training, assist communities during natural disasters, and help veterans find new ways to serve. For me, 300 Justice Road is a powerful reminder that service does not end when the uniform comes off, it simply takes on a new form.”
