At Frazer, serving others is at the core of who we are. That commitment extends far beyond engineering reliable mobile healthcare vehicles. We embrace service in our workplace culture, our shared values, and our dedication to supporting meaningful causes in the community.
When the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge gained momentum to raise awareness and research funding for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), the Frazer team was eager to participate. Gathered outside our headquarters, team members joined together to turn a global movement into a moment of local action and workplace connection.
Taking the challenge head-on, company leaders (including CEO Laura Griffin, executives, and department managers) volunteered to take the cold plunge. Seated in a row as colleagues prepared bright orange buckets filled with ice water overhead, the atmosphere was filled with laughter, encouragement, and a shared sense of purpose. In one synchronized moment, the ice water came pouring down, bringing plenty of chills, cheers, and memorable smiles.

Beyond the icy splash, the event reflected Frazerโs human-centered culture and our core principle of being a “Family by Choice.” We believe that strong teams are built on trust, shared experiences, and a willingness to step up for one anotherโwhether we are solving operational challenges on the shop floor or coming together to support critical health initiatives.
Moments like the Ice Bucket Challenge highlight the heart behind Frazer’s mission. Just as we design mobile healthcare units to empower frontline crews across the nation, we remain dedicated to supporting causes that touch lives everywhere. We are proud of our team members who participated, showed their support, and demonstrated that when it comes to making a difference, Frazer is always ready to jump in.
