Built for day-to-day response in the California desert, this custom EMS vehicle gives Palm Desert Fire Rescue the tools they need to respond quickly and operate efficiently.
This 12 ft Type I EMS vehicle is mounted on a 2024 Ford F-450 gas chassis and features a MEPS under-hood generator and LiquidSpring suspension system. Notable features include:
- Desert Rose Red interior with stainless steel countertops and grab rails
- Stryker Power-LOAD system (Gen 2) for powered patient handling
- Rear storage with SCBA bracket mounts and dedicated coat hooks
- Dual Vulcan flashlights and in-module rear camera for added visibility and safety
- Race Red module and chassis paint with Frazer graphics and HiViz brow light
