In addition, we’ve also been awarded a Culture Excellence Award for Woman-Led Top workplace!
Over 70,000 employees from 4,966 companies participated in the nomination process and The Top Workplaces Award is given to 200 companies divided into three categories – Large, Midsize & Small Companies.
The evaluation for the Top Workplaces program is based upon feedback from the employee survey our employees completed a few months ago. Approximately 86% of our employees responded to the survey and we are extremely grateful for all of the responses. We plan to continue to incorporate our employee’s feedback throughout the year so our employees always feel Frazer is truly a wonderful place to work.
