In October, Frazer visited Galveston, Texas to attend the 5th Annual Preparedness Coalition Symposium. Lori Upton, the Director of Preparedness for SETRAC (SouthEast Texas Regional Advisory Council), was nice enough to share information with us about SETRAC and how it helps to serve the community.
