House Bill 3000 (HB3000), passed during the 89th Texas Legislature, creates the Rural Ambulance Service Grant Program. This program provides financial assistance to help rural counties purchase new ambulances and make necessary modifications.
The goal is simple – Improve emergency response in underserved areas by helping agencies replace aging fleets and close dangerous response-time gaps.
