What’s Been Happening
- Interior work ramped up on Level 1, with insulation and drywall installation underway.
- Curbs around the building are being demoed and replaced, prepping for smoother transitions and finishes.
- Overhead doors received slab pour-backs, prepping for equipment installation.
What’s Coming Up
- Steel framing for rooftop units (RTUs) will be installed—another big step in powering the new space.
- New office fire sprinkler system will be demoed and replaced on Level 2.
- Framing for rooftop mechanical units will start, a key step in supporting the building’s HVAC systems.
Why This Matters
The building is on track for panel erection in early April, and each step brings us closer to realizing a bigger, more capable home for the Frazer Family. As always, we’re grateful for the teamwork and coordination happening behind the scenes to make this project a success.
