Over 37,000 employees were surveyed and The Top Workplaces Award is given to 130 companies divided among three categories – Large, Midsize & Small Companies.
The evaluation for the Top Workplaces program is based upon feedback from the employee survey our employees completed a few months ago. Approximately 92% of our employees responded to the survey and we are extremely grateful for all of the responses. We plan to continue to incorporate our employees feedback throughout the year so our employees always feel Frazer is truly a wonderful place to work.
