Current Progress
This past week, we’ve made great strides in preparing our new space. Some of the key activities include:
- Site grading and stabilization to ensure a solid foundation for the upcoming phases.
- Permits for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC are expected to be finalized soon, which will allow for more interior progress.
- Continued work on structural elements, including the installation of underground plumbing and electrical systems.

Looking ahead, we have several exciting developments lined up:
- Laying foundation footings and pits, a crucial step in bringing the structure to life.
- Paving and sidewalks installation to improve accessibility around the facility.
- Interior insulation and drywall installation, setting the stage for the next phase of construction.
