Frazer is at The 2019 International Stroke Conference!

Join Us on the Show Floor for Discussion & Virtual Reality Tours of Several Mobile Stroke Units A Frazer Team is in Honolulu, Hawaii. They aren’t there to soak up the sun on vacation, but for the 2019 International Stroke Conference (ISC). The International Stroke Conference is a meeting dedicated to the science and treatment of stroke and cerebrovascular disease. The Conference is being held at the Hawaii Convention Center and runs from February 6-8, 2019. Frazer has a booth and team on hand to showcase our Mobile Stroke Unit (MSU).  In our booth, we have virtual reality (VR) headsets that allow you to experience a 360-degree view of the Frazer Mobile Stroke Unit. Simply slip it on to see and learn about key features of Frazer’s Mobile Stroke Unit. A Unique First Call for the UR Medicine Mobile Stroke Unit One Year Later with the UCLA Mobile Stroke Unit More Than a Dozen Frazer Mobile Stroke Units are in Service Frazer’s 12th Mobile Stroke Unit, built for Stony Brook University Hospital, was delivered in January 2019.  Right now, production is underway on a second MSU for the hospital. Frazer’s 14th Mobile Stroke Unit is also in production. Custom Options for EMS Vehicles: The Time Manager Clock

Frazer Installs Intellitec Emergency Time Manager in Several Emergency Vehicles Are you having a hard time keeping track of time during a posting or when administering medication to a patient? If so, you might want to add this custom option to your next emergency medical service (EMS) vehicle: The Intellitec Emergency Time Manager (ETM) Timer and Clock. Frazer recently installed the Intellitec Clock into emergency vehicles for The Garland Fire Department and San Marcos Hays County EMS.  The Intellitec Emergency Time Manager is a clock and timer designed to help emergency medical personnel with time management. It is often used with time critical operations such as drug infusions. EMS Vehicle Remounts for San Marcos Hays County EMS Every Emergency Vehicle that Frazer builds is customized. Remounts are no exception: Your remounting options are endless!  San Marcos Hays County EMS recently remounted two Frazer Type I Units. It was the first remount for one unit, the second for the other. Both EMS modules were mounted on a 2018 RAM 4500 Diesel Chassis.  Each box received body work as well as new paint, graphics, lights and door locks. Plus, lots of new equipment, gadgets and items were installed. Throwback Thursday – Frazer adds a Striping and Lettering Department

For this Frazer Throwback Thursday we head back to 2004 when Frazer earns its “stripes” for a new department. In 2004, Frazer sees an opportunity that is a clear cut winner from A-Z! In the past Frazer relied on independent contractors for its unit’s graphics. Now with an increase of EMS Vehicle orders, Frazer decides its time to expands its in-house-production to include a Striping and Lettering Department!   It starts out with a single-color vinyl cutter and soon flourishes into a full-time service employing a staff of graphic artists. Here’s a peek at how a Frazer unit’s lettering is prepped – in speedy fashion! A Throwback to the First 14 ft. Custom EMS Vehicle from Frazer! For this Throwback Thursday, we head back to 1993 with the City of Bellaire Fire Department! In 1993, The City of Bellaire Fire Department orders Frazer’s first 14-foot generator-powered EMS vehicle. The big red machine is mounted on a Chevrolet C3500 HD chassis and features a kneeling air suspension. Check out FrazerCast Episode 101 to see how this unit was remounted back in 2013! Frazer Throwback Thursday – A Record Setting Fleet with the Houston Fire Department

For this Throwback Thursday, it’s a bird’s-eye view of lots of red and white! We head back to 2005 – when “We Belong Together” by Mariah Carey topped the music charts, “Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire” hit the big screen, and Furby was a top toy! 2005 is the year that the Houston Fire Department ordered a fleet of 21 Frazer generator-powered EMS Vehicles. The huge order was made possible by a grant from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development. Frazer built and delivered all 21 emergency vehicles in what was a company record at the time – 60 days!  Check out our History Page at any time to see great Kodak Moments in time!
