In 2014, Frazer embarked on a groundbreaking journey by building the first Mobile Stroke Unit (MSU) in the United States. This innovative project was developed in partnership with UTHealth and Memorial Hermann to bring stroke care directly to patients. The creation of this specialized unit, equipped with a CT scanner, stroke treatment, and telemedicine capabilities was a significant step forward in the realm of mobile healthcare.
